MTN Authentic Life was born from a simple realization:

Most people do not need more motivation.
They need honest awareness.

Many people spend years trying to fix the visible fruit of their life without understanding the roots producing it.

They try harder, push more, make new plans, and wonder why the same patterns keep showing up.

Moving The Needle begins somewhere quieter.

It begins with slowing down enough to notice where you are, what has become normal, what is no longer working, and what direction your life is actually moving.

This work is not about fixing people.

It is about helping people orient themselves.

To look honestly at where you are today. To consider where you want to go. To recognize where survival patterns may be keeping you stuck.

And to identify the next grounded step toward a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and truly yours.

Some people find what they need through a guide, workbook, workshop, or single insight.

Others benefit from ongoing coaching, deeper reflection, or hypnosis-informed work that supports awareness, emotional pattern recognition, and aligned action.

About Richard

I’m not here to be your guru.

I’m here as someone who understands what it feels like to be highly functional on the outside while internally running on exhaustion, survival patterns, disconnection, and pressure.

My background includes more than 30 years across ministry leadership, law enforcement, small business ownership, hypnosis-informed personal development, and years spent helping people navigate difficult conversations, internal resistance, emotional overwhelm, and the gap between survival and alignment.

There was also a season of my own life where much of what once defined me unraveled. Marriage, faith community, identity, stability, direction, and eventually even housing for a period of time while rebuilding from the ground up.

My transformation was not sudden. There was no miracle moment. There were only honest realizations, difficult choices, grounded recalibrations, and a gradual return to living a life that actually felt authentic and aligned.

That does not make me your guru.
It does mean I understand the terrain.

I can help you get honest about where you are, recognize what may be operating beneath the surface, and begin moving the needle toward a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and truly yours.
